"Absolutely terrible, these guys are the type that give people in this industry a bad name. My car was in an accident and as I'm waiting for the tow truck my insurance company sent, these guys show up hook my vehicle up while I'm talking to the police and my insurance company at the same time. As I explained to him the situation the driver tells me " well let me pull over here and we'll speak about it". He pulls his truck over about 12 feet then jumps out and tries to do everything in his power to get me to allow him to impound my vehicle, I explain to him that my insurance company was taking care if everything and he say fine well you have to pay me for an hour of my time or I take the car now. These guys are 100% shady do not use them."
