"I contacted DC Transport last minute as I needed to get my car from the Oregon coast (in terrible stormy weather) to southern California right away. Debbie was ultra helpful and arranged for one of her professional drivers to detour all the way to the Oregon coast and get my collector BMW M3 picked up in less than 24 hours in an enclosed transport. The driver responded to all texts and calls and was ultra conscientious and careful while unloading at delivery. Cannot possibly recommend DC Auto enough. Thanks again so much Debbie!!"
"This is the third time I have shipped a vehicle and DC Auto Transport is by far the best. Very professional people who were easy to contact with questions and the drivers were timely and pleasant as well. Thank you Olga, Ion and Max for your excellent service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to ship their vehicle safely and with peace of mind. They are exceptional."
"I reached out to a broker to ship a vehicle (fully enclosed) from WA to the mountains of CO. DC Auto won the bid and did an amazing job of picking up my new car from the dealership and delivering to me. The driver was very quick and the job was affordable. The driver communicated well and the delivery was flawless! I would totally recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to ship a vehicle."
"The company gets 0 stars from me. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone whatsoever. My driver, amazing--he alone would get 5-stars but dispatch/home office, not so much. Do yourself a favor, even if you pay extra, someone else. The office was impossible to work with. Absolutely zero proactive communication (I had to call/text them first, everytime). They fabricated information to compensate for lack of organization and knowledge of the scenario--telling me the driver was in touch with the dealership and ready for pickup when, unbeknownst to them, I had the dealer on the line who had not heard from anyone that day. The driver later called me to tell me he hadn't spoken to the dealer as well. When DCAT was confronted with the information they said they'd call me back... That was the last call I ever had with them, as I write this that was over a week ago. To emphasize, before the car was even picked up, DCAT stopped answering my calls all together and resorted to texting back presumably to avoid my displeasure with how things had gone thus far. The car has now been delivered after missing their "at the latest" delivery date by a day. DCAT stopped responding to my questions via text after the original missed date of delivery when I told them that this was unacceptable when I confirmed with them 3 days in a row and had taken off work to receive the vehicle based on their answers. How you stop responding while still in possession of my property is beyond me. I understand delivery dates can be fluid, transport is not an exact science but that is precisely why communication is paramount. And I received absolutely none. If you're late just say you're late, offer a professional apology and move forward but when you pay in advance, this is not a good feeling to be left in the dark. Update: After seeing my review DCAT called me to defend their actions via an argument and literally called me a "liar." On brand for the level of care I described when there was every opportunity to at least attempt to make it right. The call resolved with me hanging up on them as they yelled at me. The full(er) story: I booked through Montway who gave me DCAT. Car was picked up after 2 failed attempts (one allegedly Montway's fault, one DCAT's) over 4 days. Delivery was supposed to be 7/27-7/28 "at the latest." 72hrs out from delivery I tried to get confirmation, it was too early to tell exact time but I was told via text it would be 7/28 and they'd calll me the next day with more info. Next day, no call all day so I texted them for ETA at 6pm and they said, "The driver will be in WA later tomorrow..." I checked in at noon on delivery day and am told the driver is 9hrs away and delivery will now be 7/29 between "morning-noon." I tell them that this is unacceptable as I took off work to be available to receive it and if its midday and the driver is 9hrs away, why am I just now hearing he wont make it? Its totally logical and reasonable to assume you knew he wouldnt make it when I asked the night before or even the morning of. They never responded and have left me on read to this day! So I text the driver directly and he contradicts dispatch to say delivery will be second half of the day 7/29. In the morning of 7/29 he texted me to tell me he'd arrive between 3-6p (remember dispatch said "noon"). He called me an hour before arrival to coordinate the best way to navigate tricky and small streets, arrived in that timeframe and I thank him for just telling me the truth. If DCAT was just performing a service without being liable for my stuff it would be marginally acceptable to be somewhat dismissive but to be in possession of a $100k worth of my property and willfully and completely ignore me... Indefensible. I do again commend the driver however who was the only one who acted in a truthful, forthcoming courteous, respectful and communicative manner even when balls were dropped. If there was a way to use just him, I would. The rest, not a chance."
"DC Auto is a top notch transport company, my go to transporter for years! Working in sales with Ferrari and other high end vehicles it’s so nice to have a transporter I can trust. Olga is the dispatcher I work with and she is always so helpful and great at communicating what’s going on to me and my clients so everyone knows what’s going on. Me and others at my dealership have transported hundreds of cars with DC Auto, and always has great service. Always recommend them to anyone I know wanting to transport a car."
