So one of the employees stole it from me ! When they chose not to turn it into lost and found. A week later I got a phone call from someone that works for fed ex.. claiming he didn't. He got the info on my phone and looked me up..."

They both accused me of not knowing the location that I was presently at and hung up on me, not just once, twice. They should work in a graveyard or somewhere else devoid of human interactions. Worst experience in my life regarding shipping. Britannia, the gatekeeper, was fantastic and helped me tremendously. She deserves a raise!"

I'm saying this because my wife was in the hospital and they where their "anything you need just give me a call", "are you okay" they really literally ask you almost every day and safety is everything and above all. There are many reasons but that's a few for now."
"I was there today at will call office. Pick up my shipment. I been help by name ED. Sorry guys, I personally working at shipping office for over 10 years and I know what is it WILL CALL and how it works. This place is horrible, I regretted too going there. I should waited home, until they bring it to my place. After waiting over 20 minutes I asked ED again where the WILL CALL GUY, he said it take about 30 minutes to an hour. Aneway, I got manager NOW, he got will call guy and I got my stuff in 4 minutes. My advice stay home and wait you're shipment home. This people don't appreciate if you save they're time and money, by pick up your stuff which you already paid for delivery. Learn my lesson."
