Finally, I reached out to the front desk email and it was immediately solved. Curious if their billing is an outside company because it was the complete opposite of all the positive experiences with every other person."

"complete scam of a business, they charge each of their “doctors” time separately so you’ll get two separate copay charges, neither of which are you told about since you pay for the entire procure out of pocket anyway. my $655 procedure has cost me a grand total of $1100. RUN AWAY from these absolute scammers. not only was it a total scam but it didn’t do anything. so waste of time money and my sanity now. this place needs to go out of business."

"Wound up being charged over $1000 for a procedure that they communicated to me (and was on their website) as costing $600. Do NOT go to these people, they'll keep charging you for MONTHS after you finished your treatment for obscure, unexplained fees. They are really eager to swipe your credit card."
