"We r with CFI, & the Heartland Terminal in Tacoma, WA was wonderful! The cafeteria was closed when we were there, but we did laundry! Note: the washers r very hard to work rite! I had on heck of a time trying to get one washer to work!"

"This terminal is so nice! I pulled in after delivering a load in town, and one of the guys from the shop came and asked if I'd like to have my truck and trailer inspected, if I wasn't in a hurry to get out of there. I said sure, and pulled into the bay. They found a few things to fix, and got to work. I needed to go into the terminal, and asked how to get in as it was my first time there. One of the young men took me over and gave me a tour of the entire terminal so I'd know where everything was and how their cafeteria works. It was really nice to be shown kindness and courtesy while I was visiting. They fixed my electric cable from coming out of the housing on the truck when I would turn out of somewhere, and replaced 2 of my tires. It didn't take them long at all and I was able to go back and park for the night."

"I used to work for Interstate dating back to the 2000’s. Back then many years ago, Interstate Distributor Company had the Best Fleets award for almost 10 years. They looked out for there drivers. Drivers where family, every one knew every body, and Interstate didn’t higher just anybody off the street. Interstate held a level only to be matched with Walmarts hiring standards. Interstate was the best company I’ve ever worked for. And on the date the brothers let go of the company to heartland, I felt like I lost my best friend. I know it sounds cliché but I love Interstate. I never considered my self a company man with any company till Interstate. I miss those days. I can’t speak for heartland. But I can speak to what an amazing company Interstate Distributor was before Heartland bought them. And if you drivers that work for them only knew all the contracts they had… you wouldn’t believe me even if I told you. Rest in peace Interstate Distributor. I still miss you."

"This company is one of the best ones I’ve worked for, and not just in trucking. They have well equipped new-newer trucks. The driver managers and safety are easy to work with and friendly. The benefits are sufficient. I’ve been here 9 months and the only con I can think of is that I really can use a few extra miles but that just might be a seniority think. As long as I don’t have any life changing events I can see myself here for a long time."
