"I applied for SSDI in January 2019. After being declined twice and having last year's judicial hearing canceled when I caught Covid-19, my case has been resolved fully in my favor. It's April 2023. The people at Cascadia Disability Law thoroughly prepared me for what they expected to be a long process, and stayed in touch through the long wait during the pandemic. I'm grateful that they were honest about the work involved in putting together a thorough application. I also appreciated that they were always upfront about my chances in each stage of the application process. For me they were: initial review by social security (mostly not approved), reconsideration (...maybe?), judicial hearing (pretty good). I couldn't be more satisfied."
"I hired Cascadia. Disability Law back in I believe it was 2011to do both Social Security and Veterans Benefits. There is nothing I can say except if you go anywhere else your not very smart. Brian won my Social Security claim in like 4 months after I'd spent years and had been denied 3 times even with another attorney. My VA disability claim took a few years but in the 2015, Brian won that too. I'd remember Brian asking me what I was willing to settle for and my answer was I'd only settle for 100%. Everyone told me you never get 100%out the gate and in a way they were right but also so was I. I was rated 70% paid at 100% but they only went back to 2008. So Brian started the appeal for the start date and in 2018 we won that too. Can't say anything slightly negative about Brian especially since I'm a hard to deal with person and I'm sure I gave him more than a few gray hairs and sleepless night. I am still fighting the VA to this day and wouldn't be getting a thing if not for Brian. So when someone says he hasn't done anything and is lazy there is no way I believe that. The money it cost me wasn't and never has been missed in fact its the best money ever spent. Thanks again Brian Scott Wayson 3 for 3 and thanks for changing my life John W. Reno"
"They started out great and represented me in my case but afterwards totally forgot about me. It was like I didn't exist once they won the case. It's been 4 months since I won and still haven't been paid my back pay. My attorney never answers the phone. And today I found out that I haven't received my back pay because my attorney hasn't accepted the payment. I'm homeless and desperately need the money to get a place to live. All I get from this place is the run around. I don't recommend them at all. Poor customer relations in every way."
"After previously being denied 3 times I was skeptical that anyone would be able to help me. Thankfully Cascadia took on my case and we had a victory in less than a year! I am so grateful to the wonderful team at Cascadia for the expert advice and hard work on my behalf. They were very communicative and pleasant to work with. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my life."
