"Troy is extremely good and effective at what he does. He helped me reach a settlement in a mold-related tenant-landlord dispute. Rather than hire him on contingency, we went the hourly route, which was quite expensive ($500/hr) and pretty standard for a lawyer, I gather, though he estimated he could wrap it all up in two hours or less, and he did. I was really pleased with how he represented me and would hire him again. (Hopefully will never have to though!)
