"Edit-Jeff Whalley the response is half hazard and about as fake as the first one you sent me privately. I find it very personal that the attorney on the matter fails to meet any of their deadlines, fails to serve me with any trial documents etc. And my son if he understood what was happening would find it “personal” that there are still missing financial records not disclosed by your client. You’re not there for your clients your out for your pocket book. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m an adverse party, and it’s been the worst nightmare dealing with this firm. The attorney on the matter, is about as disorganized as they come. There have been multiple times that they have filed things incorrectly, or usually late. The firm has now taken 7 months to provide basic financial records of their client. There is no working with the firm to find any sort of mutually convenient resolution it’s all about wasting time and lining their pocket book with conspiracy theories. It’s all at my child’s expense. I worked in law 19 years and this is the very worst I’ve ever seen."

Alexis is bey9nd helpful but not to diminish the others its a team. theu will be personally, engaged and beyond respectful. I would recommend them for your team. "I was divorced in 2019 and had been in litigation on and off with my ex since then. I have used and consulted with many family attorneys (both older and newer firms) throughout the years but on Sept 2021 I really needed one. Whalley Law really stepped in and helped me with my case. I first spoke with Jeffrey and then I worked with Kimberly and David. The great thing was that they were able to pick up my case and take it to trial with only 30 days (very difficult to do). This isn't ideal for any case and prior to Whalley taking my case about 3 other firms rejected my case due to the time frame (they wanted 3 months time) but Whalley didnt and for that I am grateful. Anyone who has been in litigation will know that the outcome is always unknown but we hope and wish for the best however I am satisfied with the outcome of my case.
