"This place is heartless! My sister has been coming here for chronic pain for over 21 yrs. They have increased morphine and dilated many times throughout the years, her spine is bone on bone and the tendons in her feet collapsed. They have been lowering her meds to get her on a non opiode for several months, she has done everything they have said. They are now lying saying she is arguing at every appt! I come to every appt she doesn't argue! She hardly talks because they turn her words around! Today they cancelled contract saying she's an addict and needs to go to hospital! I am sick to my stomach! Just heartless!!!"

"Referred here for spine issues. First steps were to diagnose underlying cause of pain and explore corrections. Then treatment of symptoms was planned with through explainations with spine models and questions answered. Every treatment procedure has been helpful in reducing pain. The RFA team is competent and kind; I’m glad I was treated here. The downstairs treatment area people are great; especially good at putting in the IV port. Anesthesiologists have all been unusually kind; they give full attention to each patient. This isn’t a sketchy place; the patients in waiting room have all been like people you meet in any store. Lots of families bringing senior relatives. The only difficulty is wait time to schedule appointments and procedures, but every medical facility is short staffed in 2023. This place has shorter wait times than most. They also offer the option of another location for sooner appointments. My prescription experience has been good; all reasonable scripts submitted promptly. The front desk people upstairs have always been friendly and competent. In summary, this is a good place to go to."

"This would be a 5 star review for doctors & NP they have all been great in the last 5 years going there I have never been humiliated like I was today by the guy at reception he’s always been abrupt & slightly rude but today I mentioned I would not be at next appointment as I will be out of town & already worked it out with NP (Nickiel....spelling)she is also very knowledgeable, he still insisted I tell him where & what day I was leaving & what day to be back I didn’t see why he needed to know but did give him the information. As I was leaving he asked me to talk to him. He loudly stated that my doctor had no authority to make such a decision about me not having an extra appointment before I left. Had he not been so arrogant, loud, & rude telling a very full waiting room about my medical issues which I’m sure they all assumed I was a druggie trying to scam them. Had he been polite & kept the conversation quiet I would have not had a problem setting an extra appointment even if it had to be the exact day before I left. I’m not sure how long I’ve been going there but it was before this office was built, I have never abused or misused anything I go to my appointments, pay bills, treat everyone there with respect. Today he not only said he had the authority to over ride doctors & made sure the entire waiting room heard my medical issues & how I had to be there EVERY 28 days. I agreed to the appointment but left before it was set everyone was staring at me & I didn’t want to cry. Again EVERYONE has been nice & respectful except this new guy so 5 stars to everyone else. Dr Maksomov even helped me understand a lot about pain management. Today I feel like a loser lowlife. Sorry it’s so long, I’m angry."

"Worst place I've ever been most incompetent help ever Dr Oleg is either a jackass or a fraud He basically wanted to take over my pain medication just to have another client And make more money Because he had no intention keeping my medication readily available so that it could affect my pain. The worst doctor's office I've been to Since my spinal cord injury Would I recommend them Hell no! I would recommend they go out of business They are that incompetent! James Lewis And I proudly stand behind these remarks!"
