"I am impressed with the care I received here. The waiting room was clean and well-organized, and I was seen by a provider within 20 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly and professional, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. Mark and Karla were amazing"
"Had a great visit. The staff were all super nice, upbeat and cheerful. It made me feel much more at ease then the typical sterile doctors office visit."
"We went later at night to rule out strep for my daughter. The waiting room was empty, and we were greeted cheerfully by the front desk worker. She took in our information quickly and got us back, tested, and out of there all in about a half hour. The place was modern, seemed clean, well staffed, and we’d go there again. The Nurse Practitioner who saw us was friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time with us we needed even though we were the last ones there."
"I went there yesterday ( 2/16) because I accidentally got a cut on my finger that I didn’t think was that bad but my family demanded me to go to the urgent care. I recently moved to this area so I just googled urgent care and luckily Indigo was 1.6 miles away from me. When I went there Felicia told me it would be a 1-2 hour wait but offered for a doctor to take a look at it quickly just to see if it was that bad. Dr. Wendy looked at it and she said I might need stitches. Long story short this staff at this location at least is AMAZING! I tried to remember the physician assistant who came in and was checking on Wendy and I but he was so polite and professional. The other two medical assistants ( forgot their names but they were Indian) who helped me besides Felicia was amazing as well. If you are skeptical about going here. Take my word that this place is a go to for urgent care ( at the least the employees I mentioned) PS: If Dr. Wendy says it won’t hurt or will hurt she is correct. Usually doctors lie but this lady knows her pain levels."
"I did not feel heard or that my medical history had value. The doctor did not check my medical file. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a person. I will get billed a copay for this unpleasant encounter. My insurance will get billed for this as well. I'm more than upset with these two facts. All the other staff I interacted with were friendly and engaging. Either way, I left. The clinic as unwell as I had arrived - no treatment other than told home care, which I had been doing while getting Sicker. Thanks for nothing this holiday morning."
