"Do not hire this guy. I hired him in December 2018 because I needed help with a parenting plan and he had good reviews. His paralegal was awesome and made me feel confident my case would be handled no problem. Shortly after, the paralegal quit and it took over 4 months to get someone to tell me what was going on and when they did, they hadn’t even started on my case and by then it was too late and my ex had already moved to another state. I paid him $5000 so my daughter wouldn’t be stolen away from me and all he did was steal my money to hire a new paralegal while neglecting all the people who hired him and refused to refund my money and I’m not the only one."

"Well this has to be a scam. Made a deposit. No call or mail traffic. Went to his address listed. Nothing. Went to another address. Nothing. Every place I went to keep saying he doesn't work there anymore they have no info on him. Talked to his paralegal. He doesn't work for him anymore and doesn't have any information. Don't use this guy. Save your money."

"I called Dan’s office with the intention of modifying my parenting plan. I spoke with his paralegal and explained the situation and what I wanted to gain. He told me it was no problem to accomplish and assured me I could get even more than I was asking for. I sent $1000 for a retainer. It took a few weeks of calling and leaving messages for Dan to ever hear a word. He told me it was not possible to get anything changed. I told him I wanted my money back because I was tricked into paying and starting the process to move forward. He is refusing to refund me and was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. Do not go to him he will scam you."

"I called from Alaska for a custody case in Lewis county Washington. I was told that I would get a full custody order for my money. The other party was completely willing to cooperate with the process. I was granted only a temporary order and told to pay more money down the line. Dan had no court appearances or anything of the sort. This was a simple paperwork case and the cost wasn’t worth the time invested. Afterwards Dan wouldn’t return my calls or my emails. Very disappointed!"

"I was told by the State licensing board that the appropriate practicum video for my teaching license would take at least a few months to process due to back log at their various departments. I called Mr. Liebman's office, and told him my problem. After listening to me, he told me that what the State is doing is not fair. He said that there may be other reasons why the State is not issuing my license, like age discrimination. He made calls to the State and within two weeks I had my license. I'm now retired from teaching with a paying pension. I will always be grateful to Mr. Liebman!"
