"My experience at Pacific laser institute was great as I was scared to death, the staff were very comforting and really listened to my fears, they honestly do care about the people who walk thru their doors! The DR came in and introduced himself which to me was unheard of and greatly appreciated. My surgery went great I've had both of my eyes done. Plus my Dr said a prayer and it really made me at peace I wish all places could be like these people it truly is special, and I have to add the book you get in your initial little to go bag was a big bonus for me, you see I'm not a book reader and have never in my life read a book from start to finish, but this one I did and I can relate so much to it, as I ran away from home in southern California at the age of 13 and never went back, not because I was a bad child,more to do with my parents, anyway thank you so very very much I will never forget my time here and will definitely tell all my friends which are many that this is the place they want to be if ever they need!"
