"If I were basing my review solely on my interaction with the delivery driver today I would have rated 5 stars. However I am very unclear as to why only one delivery person was sent to delivery a 250 lb item. The driver was not able to bring the item up my front porch steps by himself. I have had other items delivered via freight to my home in the past and there have always been 2 delivery people not one. The driver offered to call dispatch for assistance but I declined not wanting to see him reprimanded. My teenage son helped him put the item on the ground at the base of our front steps. We signed and he left. My son opened the package in our front yard and both of our children carried the pieces up the steps a little at a time. Not impressed with whomever sent this older gentleman to deliver our 250 lb package today. Should have been 2 people."
