"One of there truck drivers,truck 166 hit my daughter's car and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. he hit her and keep driving. shop manager called me and was rude and said that they will not pay for the damages I just wish I could of talk to someone more Profesional. This company shows no care for people or things they hit. The drivers need to learn how to drive better.they need to get people more Profesional or even wonder if the owner realizes what employees they have"

"Top notch. So often in the Gorge you have to chase people forever to get things done. Not with James Dean. Very professional. I called them and quickly had a return call from the delivery driver. He showed up the next day. He wasn't on time -- he was early! Rather than dump the rock in a pile (20 yards of it), he artfully placed it exactly where it needed to go. He saved me $350 on the rental of a bobcat. All I had to do was a little raking and my rock job was done. JD may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I won't call anyone else for my next job. I could not be a happier customer."
