If you're on time, and perform as you were contracted, they are most appreciative, and strive to keep you in their fold, as they know you are their link to the customer. Personally, I'm partial to the Rochester NY office as they're the nearest to home, and the staff is so nice. However, as I travel the countryside I've found the same spirit and company policy in all of the other ALC offices too. It must be in the Kool-aid."

"People stay away from this horrible company! It treats its drivers like garbage and than laughs about it to there face!! We took a load for the from Houston to Florida. The driver waited 3 1/2 hours to get loaded. (being a considerate person he did not ask for detention pay) When he arrives at the delivery location turns out that there is no ramp nothing to unload the driver; They were supposed to hire a towing to come unload the forklifts.After waiting over 3 hours The towing called and said that he wont be able to do it untill tomorrow. The driver helped the workers tailgated and manually unloaded the forklifts. When i emailed the broker telling him that he waited a total of 7 hours from both location plus manually unloaded he wrote " You did a great job, but I'm sorry, we won't be able to bill for 30min detention. Any charges for driver-assist needs to be approved before work commences' Notice the fact that he had the nerve to write 30 min of detention when the driver waited 7 hours!! you know out of curtsy to the driver who was being gracious and helping and not even asking for detention at first even $50 would have showed that they are grateful. AND THE WORST PART OF IT THAT AFTER THAT EMAIL NATE SETTERS BLOCKED ME SO I COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER HIM!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM,"
