Firstly, the college provides an array of quality classes taught by knowledgeable professors, leading to valuable degrees that can propel students toward successful careers. Additionally, the campus boasts pristine installations and an abundance of parking, making commuting hassle-free for both students and faculty. However, BTC is not without its drawbacks. While the majority of teachers are dedicated professionals, there have been reports of a few individuals displaying racially inclined behavior, which is concerning and requires swift action from the administration. Moreover, the student government has been under scrutiny for misusing funds, indicating a need for transparency and accountability in their financial management practices. One of the more pressing issues facing BTC is the presence of gangs operating within the school grounds. This poses a safety concern for students and faculty alike and necessitates robust security measures to ensure a secure learning environment, but hey, police is the enemy. Additionally, the prevalence of mentally unstable individuals and drug addicts on campus can be disconcerting for students, requiring them to navigate their academic journey with caution and awareness of their surroundings. Talk about freedom, right?. In conclusion, BTC offers a blend of academic excellence and challenges that students should consider when making their decision. While the quality of education and campus amenities are commendable, issues such as racial bias, financial mismanagement, gang activity, and the presence of mentally unstable individuals underscore the importance of thorough research and preparedness for the college experience."

"This is more about the Assessment Center. I tried to sign up for an ACUPLACER exam. The website told me to email or call. I emailed but got no response, I called and the lady refused to schedule me saying I need to send an email. I sent 20 more emails over the course of 1 week, from multiple different emails, and triple checked the outgoing email. Finally I called and after arguing over it, she finally scheduled me, but was very rude and refused to give me directions on how to make my payment. I made my payment and showed up for my test. The lady gave me completely different guidelines for the test than what was posted on the website. Due to my mental disability, I would have had a standard calculator and ruler allowed with me but I never got it cleared because the guidelines said I would have a standard calculator to check my math I did was correct before I selected an answer. Not to mention, I had to strip off most of my clothing for them in public despite my religious background to take the test even though there are cameras everywhere around the test so I was being recorded without a majority of my garb. Although, I managed to get almost perfect scores on the tests, I would have done better if I had felt comfortable. This was the WORST experience I have ever had trying to start at community college."

"I'm not sure what's going on in the financial aid office, but every time my daughter leaves there she is in tears. The staff is short and uninterested in resolving issues, save one person who has been helpful in assisting her. She is enrolled in the cosmetology program. I understand the program is new, but some days the students can't work because they don't have the supplies needed. Hopefully, in time, the cosmetology program improves. I apologize for this review to the staff who really does care and goes above and beyond for their students."
