Craters in the gravel, no parking spaces damaged equipment taking up valuable space…with the 30% yall take from LP’s and that $30,000 balloon payment one would think you would at least have decent terminals. Where’s the money going because it’s not to these trucks and damn sure not to the drivers. You all should be ashamed all this money drivers bring in for yall the percentage you take for doing nothing while driving risk their lives daily"

"This shipping company is the worst. I would say they are worse than Ontrac. We had a couple shipments from IKEA to be delivererd by CRST. One got delivered correctly but the second got delivered to the wrong city. I contacted them once I received notification that my shipment was delivered (it wasn't) and signed for. Dierra at CRST apologized and ordered another for us to be delivered in a couple weeks. Since this is for Christmas, this didn't work and she got it scheduled for earlier. I received a text confirming my appointment between 10am and 2pm which I immediately responded to. At 3pm on the delivery day I called CRST and they said the shipment didn't even get on the truck but of course, I had to call in to get this information. I emailed Dierra (and about 5 other people on the email) and she no longer responds to me. She promised to refund our shipping charge (that hasn't happened). All I can see is incompetence all around on this one. Now I have to spend two hours of my time driving to get a shipment because of the incompetence of CRST. *** update, I received a call from Jim Wisely and he was great and I am confident it will be handled but my time was still wasted having to go pick this up."

"Just had one of their drivers flipping me off, threatening to run into me laying on her horn and driving erratically because I was in front of her in a merge lane getting on 205 If they allow this kind of behavior I would recommend a more professional company and one that’s not going to let their drivers threaten people with company property Wish I could give negative stars"
