"I have nothing but good things to say about this school. We just had to transfer our child here midschool year. The ladies in the office were so wonderful making sure everything was taking care before his first day. They went above and beyond making sure that I was given all the information I needed before I dropped him off for his first day at Tukwila."

"I LOVED this school for my daughter. She just tranferred to a new schook due to moving and it was VERY hard for us to leave it. The office staff is VERY helpful and nice. My daughter has been into a few other schools where the office staff makes every question seem like a problem to them...but no matter what I needed Tukwila staff was amazing. I could call at 2pm and ask them to put my daughter on the bus and they were accomodating. Her teacher, Mrs. Arambula was amazing. She stayed connected with parents and always answered back when I messenged her. The PTA is also very involved doing a lot of activities to raise $$ that we loved going to. Movie night, bingo, book fairs. The school itself is very open with tall ceilings and lots of light and the classrooms are clean and organized. The school is secure from outsiders without making it a burden for parents to get to the office. We miss this school so much and want to move back just so she can be a part of it again."

"My son is currently starting the 2nd grade, and for the most part I haven't had a bad experience. All the teachers he's had keeps in close contact with me to provide me with information on how he's doing in class, as well as outside of class. You can tell they genuinely care. Field trips are planned very well! And they're very informative. I've volunteered as a chaperone for a few of them and the kids have fun while learning and that's all that matters. The other parents I've met so far are all very supportive of the school and that's what I like to see. They have a early learning program for any siblings of a Tukwila Elementary student who is too young to start school and who just want to be in that type of class evironment. I've brought my daughter there and she has loads of fun. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. This school is pretty much all that and a bag of chips. ! *snap*"
