"This is my review as a former employee… The manager Paula told me they had benefits during the interview and that was a lie she also cussed during the interview which was a red flag. I started Jan 1st and the first thing I saw was Paula yelling at customers. You can ask her a simple question and she will talk to you like you’re an idiot and is very rude she also like a to insult Indian people after they leave and says they need to learn English if they are gonna be here. Paula like to yell at coworkers and there is no training at all. Im this is how you’re training goes…. Emily and Paula will sit around playing word games and when you ask for help they look at you like you are stupid and how can you not know what to do? Emily is the worst. She likes to start problems and will go as far as hitting or pushing you if you are in her way and need her help. Then if you tell her not to touch you she will call the owner and basically lie about what’s happening so she can keep her job. When it comes to Paula she will belittle you in front of customers and I’ve had a few customers look even feel sorry for me because of the way she acts.paila is very unprofessional and the owner knows it but doesn’t do anything about it. I was fired becasue this Emily girl is an instigator and if you piss Paula off you’re gonna get fired. And make sure to leave Emily alone shes trouble and even smiled after I got fired because she’s sick in her head.these are the kind of people that work here. Paula likes to discuss peoples pay and is a gossip. On a positive note mike and sumaya are very helpful and they taught me more than the manager and owner. Emily like to interrupt people while they are talking and a few customers have been offended by the way Emily and Paula act. Another thing…if you were a customer here the pcs were hacked and a lot of customer info was leaked. I recommend you talk to the owner about this.because your info may have been stolen. My advice to you is don’t work here unless you want to get yelled at in front of customers. And if you tell the owner what’s going on he will take Emily’s and Paula’s side and fire you. Worst job I’ve ever had. But hey if the manager is cussing during an interview and telling you that she’s offensive and doesn’t care what you say than what does that say about the owner? This Emily girl is the worst. I was there a couple months and she acts like she’s a supervisor. She sits and plays word games for two hours, while on the clock, and gets paid for it too, while you work and handle customers her and Paula will sit there and ignore you if you need help. I also want to know what the owner was doing with my ssn because my check is garnished and he never submitted the paperwork. I had to contact someone to figure out what was going on. The owner also likes to go on vacations but expects you to make money in a hostile work environment. Go to fed ex Update 3/10/2024: the owner is going to try and take this down because it’s a negative review and based on “my thoughts”. Here is my proof that I spoke to Wes about this on Feb 22nd. It’s sad that the corporate office at ups says they can’t do anything to help me. All reports have to go through the owner so good luck."

"DO NOT GO HERE. They legitimately lied that I needed to buy a box and have them pack it for an Amazon return that said “no box no label needed”. They tried to charge me 45$ for a box and packing. I took it to a different location and they took it no problem for free."
"I have chosen to never support this location ever again. Both the owner and the customer service rep are unprofessional, unreasonable and not helpful when it comes to rules and shipping packages. My story is similar if not the same as the other reviewer’s, Elli. You can find his review on here. This tells me that this is a recurring problem and they, the store owner and the rep, do not plan to do anything about their behaviors. BE AWARE if you choose to do business here. Also, contacting UPS corporate did not do anything since they did not reply to my email nor my support case. Don’t waste your time and money here."
