"My wife and i took a flat rate postal box for mailing. After a 40 minute wait (they only had 1 gal working and she seemed overwhelmed) we were told our box would be 27.00 instead of the 21.10 guaranteed by USPS. When asked why we were told there was a "30% margin". We decided 6.00 was worth the drive to the post office. There are no signs advising of a surcharge and they could use another worker when so busy. As my wife was trying to get an answer from the employee, a woman who had just entered with a flat rate box heard us and left. Just beware of their inflated rates."
