"I would appreciate a call back from school counselor that handles or works with students with last name beginning with the letter P. I've left two messages tress days later I got a call back; however, you called my work and I was already out for the day. You would think the school has my child's contact information since I log in daily through family access to see how things are going with my kids at school. Then I called two more times trying to speak to the same counselor and still no call back. So please I would like for someone to call me back so we can address this issue. According to my phone log, I called 3/14/17 at 12:44 pm, I got a missed call at 2:09, no message was left. I called Thursday 3/16/17 last week at 7:04 am , 10:34 am and again today in which I was transferred to a voicemail and again, I left a message. So please call me back. Thank You!"
