"The place is close to nothing (with the worst parking lot in Lynnwood) but do not mail through DHL here or any International Shipping! The old guy does not know what he is talking about in regards to DHL and USPS services. He told me that the USPS does not offer Tracking?? Wrong! I ship all over the world! They do offer Tracking on all mail! I have been shipping for years but was pressured into paying more for DHL service than using the regular USPS service for international shipping. He does not have good customer service or real knowledge when it comes to International shipping, especially in what the services are in shipping with USPS. Also, hard to understand these people while the others talk loudly and you are trying to understand a person with accent and accent. You are better off at the USPS office. Much Cheaper! with better direction and advice on International shipping service!"
"Shipping out was easy, until I needed help getting my package back from over seas, which I can't do myself because it's under their account. I never got my package back even with all the "don't worry. You will get it back" I just gave up. I will use the regular usps even though it takes long time to get there."
"Always very friendly, and convenient location. I wouldn't recommend dropping prepaid UPS here because they don't provide any confirmation of item received. I have had one package go just fine but another time it never had a UPS scan by the driver, and I had no proof that I dropped it off."
