"If you need to return something through UPS you will be charged a $2.21 print fee even with a prepaid label. Definitely never coming back here. Not only moronic but greedy."
"I've had nothing but problems at this location. The most recent was, I shipped a gift to Canada yesterday, and the employee filled out the paperwork badly enough that UPS corporate rejected it. If there's one thing I'd hope a UPS store would know how to do, it's ship a package through their own system. For the record, I don't blame the employee; it's a sign of poor training / management if their employees don't know how to do their job."
"Stole my package, was returning an android tablet. They charged for the free return labels, never shipped it, then insisted they never printed the labels at all. Go LITERALLY anywhere else, this place runs scams on customers. EDIT: The case was escalated through UPS and got nowhere, which is what the manager of the store wanted. So we took the felony charges the theft amounts to, and escalated it with the state attorney general and the county prosecutor."
"An employee at this store stole a very expensive, $1,200, Samsung Galaxy S9+ 5G that was dropped off to be returned to the seller. The manager is covering for the theft and refuses to investigate or help with claim of loss. She refused to give information about the owner so I could take the issue to them. This was a return to an Amazon vendor. This store printed the return label and received the package but didn't scan it into the system. Since this involves more than $750, it is felony theft. I will be filing charges against the manager and owner if this isn't resolved ASAP. Until then, be aware of the dishonest manager and employees at this store."
"I use UPS professionally and personally as my primary shipping method but have had nonstop problems at this location. In November, I brought 3 packages in of which 2 were never delivered and a receipt was never provided to me. It’s January and I’m still dealing with refunds for these items. Today, I went in around 12:15pm with an email label that said that it could be printed off in store at no cost. I was the only person in the store and the young, male presenting person who was working told me I couldn’t and I asked if there was any other way and also explained my issues at the store before. He said no. Then when I was leaving he said I could pay $2.21 to print out the $8 label that I already paid for. I contacted the company that had said that they should be able to print it out for free and they said that there isn’t any reason I should be charged an extra $2. I know this is only $2 but mixed with the horrible experience I’ve had here before, it feels like this location does not care about it’s customers at all and the guy working needs some serious training in customer service. I drove 30 minutes round trip to drop this package off and will not be using UPS for my deliveries going forward."
