"I've never had a good experience with an employee here. All annoyed you are there. They now stopped taking Amazon returns as well, which adds to the issues and inconsistency here. Only thing they seem to be consistent on is being rude and providing customers a horrible experience."

"Extremely flippant, sometimes rude personnel. The store is close to my home, so I go there once in a while ( hoping things have improved). Over the years people changed, but the rudeness and unhelpfulness stays the same. It feels like they are trained in interrupting a question with: What is you want from me? Can't help you. Don't know who can."
