"Bald caucasian fellow was weird but the woman working was incredibly kind and helpful! Will absolutely return the next time i need to make a shipment."
"Went there for passport photos. Staff was very kind! She told us in advance the cost for 10 photos, took her time to take the photo and the quality was perfect. They offer 50% off on additional sets of passport photos, which we appreciated of course (in many stores, you have to pay full price for each 2-photos whereas the big work is to edit it!). I recommend it 100% for service and kindness.."
"Gave them box to ship to Dubai and paid for fastest service. My box of shoes is sitting in their shop for whole week and post-expected delivery date in Dubai. I cancelled order and planning to travel my self. When checked with The DHL shipment HQ in Seattle, They said it is fine to deliver 27 pounds of shoes and the cost associated. Not sure what went wrong with MailBox but they could have atleast notify me about this delay."
"These are some of the nicest people that I’ve met in my sad time in this city. They have been so helpful with providing pack materials, copying/printing services, of course mailing, and just general kindness. They go above and beyond, and I wish there were more places that treated their customers like this."
"The Good- The lady at the store is friendly and welcoming to dogs and have dog treats as well. The Bad- there is a DHL strike going on so she transparently communicated that there shall be no pick ups and there is no ETA on it but you were welcome to drop off the package. How it gets bad is the woman expects you to know how shipping processes work and not ask for any labels, confirmation after the drop off. She entered the drop off in the system but she refused to give us a confirmation slip of the drop off (we need it as a proof of time of drop off as this package was a time bound international return item, online screenshots do not work for international return claims at times). Her reasons changed by the second- 1. Dismissively-“I’ve already entered it in the system, it’s done and I cannot print a receipt now. You can look it up online.” 2. “You did not ask me for the receipt, that’s why I did not give it to you.” We did not know she’ll not be giving us a receipt, she did not explain it, did not offer this information. 3. “I cannot give it to you as there is a strike which I told you about.” At no point did she communicate what that meant for our shipment except a delay which we were okay with or the fact there’ll be no confirmation slip/receipt. She went to look at the people around us, as if we were creating a scene by simply asking her for a slip. She waved us out of the store, it is till date the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had in Seattle. So maybe great for passports and FedEx, but any DHL drop offs need to avoid this location."
