Reviews
"Absolute worst place to work. Understaffed when I worked there a year ago. Staff didn’t get recognition unless they were long time veterans of the establishment. The residents deserved better"
"The staff is so caring and compassionate. My mom was a retired LPN with experience in long term care and she loved living here. When she unfortunately passed, everyone at Ridgemont was SO sweet and beyond helpful. They helped me navigate some difficult things and made me feel cared for as well. I cannot express how much it meant to me."
"After a long search for spot to put my fragile mother for rehabilitation after a spinal injury we found Stafford Ridgemont. We couldn't happier with the support and service this place offered. My mom is difficult to please, but even she thought it was a very pleasant place. The staff was super helpful not only to mom, but also my brothers and I. I feel I owe it to these guys to write a glowing review. It was a real challenge combing through reviews on these places. I wanted to share our positive experience."
"Every day that my mother has been at this facility (both in the rehab and the long term care wings) has been a new example of the ways they exceed our expectations. Everyone who comes in contact with her (from cleaning staff to PT's, OT's and nurses) treats her with respect and as an individual. THEY KNOW HER BY NAME AND THEY KNOW HER BY PERSONALITY. They are sincerely interested in her recovery and give her such caring encouragement to regain mobility and meet her goals to return home. When eating was a problem, they found ways to make things more palatable and were a partner in the family's efforts to supplement her meals with food from home. Her stay here has been so much better than the ghastly "name that shall not be mentioned" facility that is just down the street."
