"Their dispatcher is absolutely horrendous. My ex took MY car without permission and left it locked at his job. Because of this, she said I had to wait for hours in the freezing cold for there to be an officer on site. There was absolute no domestic threat AT ALL!!!! I asked to speak to her boss I explained the situation because after calling 911 an officer wouldn't be available for hours and my vehicle was at risk where it was of being ticketed or towed at high tow yard cost, she did not care she just hung up on me. They need new dispatcher ASAP"

"Thank god for this place. Locked myself out of my car at 7am on a Sunday and after trying to jimmy it open, I called a bunch of locksmiths and towing places. The first 4 places I called wanted more than double what JC's quoted me at. Dude showed up within 20 minutes and I'm not locked out anymore. Thanks."
