"This place sent me an email telling me they gave the wrong forms and that I would need to come in and get the right ones. Damn good thing I hadn't mailed them since it was a day later. When I came, the young gal in the front had no idea what I was talking about so she went to the back to talk to Aaron and Mary. I could then hear Aaron and Mary arguing. Then Mary came out and told me they weren't ready. I then simply stated that I wish the email would have stated that because I drove 20 miles one way to pick them up. Mary then stated the email did not say they were ready and I stated it didn't say they werent either. She than in a very condescending way stated "this time of year we are swamped". All while shaking her head and walking away.Well I thought, I wish I was only busy one time a year. Aaron has been ok, but due to Mary I would never go back."
