"Morning off departure the driver called and said that they would be 20 minutes late because they added somebody to the route. They insured that we would still arrive on time. Arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than they should of and I missed my flight by 5 minutes. If the shuttle was on time our flight would not have been missed. Last minute changes for a company like this are completely unacceptable. Will never be using again"

"I usually have great drivers with this company but my driver today was terrible. He didn't pick me up at the designated location and we had to follow him all throughout the complex before he finally stopped! I wrote what cross street to pick me up at and it was completely ignored. He was always fiddling with settings in the car and cutting people off. Very unhappy"
