"0 stars. Online prices don't match what they quoted when calling to book. They didn't show up for our 6 am pickup so we had to do a last minute Uber call. Terrible. They show up on the first page of Google search but don't have any reliability or sense of good business conduct. We submitted the online booking request but had to call them to confirm they got our request. When we called they quoted yet a higher price and then they were like oh right yes. Sleezy. Next morning we give them 10 mins and called them twice but it went to voicemail. Slept in or something! Terrible! They should close up business because they honestly don't care if they have any!!!!"

"I hope you never have to call them for a ride especially if u have somewhere important to be. The dispatch or the driver doesn’t seem reliable. Had to get to the airport but ended up calling an uber and spending more money instead. The Driver called me while they were using the toilet, And wouldn’t give me a straight answer about their eta, Instead they told me to “hold on”(while they finished using the toilet.)I told them when they returned to the phone (and I could literally hear them flushing the toilet,) “not to come pick me up anymore.” I’m not rewarding sloppy and unprofessional. We all have to use the bathroom but I’m not calling customers and putting them on hold while I use the toilet. Could have just texted me the eta instead or answered my question before putting me on hold… and how about don’t make me sit on the phone while u are using the restroom. They literally ignored my question and said “hold on.” Then forgot that they had me on hold. These taxi companies remain in business somehow so this is just to let u know incase."

"At the request of a gentleman getting off the train in Sumner,I called Puyallup taxi on a Friday afternoon. I was answered with a person who stated that they didn't have any availability for 2 hours and then individual wasn't able to recommend any other local services. That was it- the content of the entire conversation beyond the introduction with the company name. Bad service and I couldn't ever recommend that kind of service to anyone, ever."

"They charge $45 to go from downton puyallup to Sumner train station which is only 3 miles, they shouldn't even call themselves a taxi service, its cheaper to get a taxi from puyallup to airport, do not book with them, something does not seem right"
