J&L built it within the agreed budget and I was never ambushed with extra costs and the price was more than reasonable. They never 'nickeled and dimed' me with fluctuations in materials costs or small alterations to the budget. Their workers showed up on time and as scheduled and they updated me anytime there was a change to the schedule . If you are lucky enough to get Dallas Mooney assigned to your project, you will have a quality and beautiful project that will be flawless. His attention to detail and skill is above and beyond any I have seen through 33 years of working with contractors. "We have had two fences built by J&L! We had a good experience the first time but really appreciated all of the care, time and expertise that Lance took to build our second fence!! He listened to what we needed and was willing to make it just right. In fact, we had a minor issue (we knew it be an issue early on) with the gate lock and Lance came right back out to adjust it and now it's better than before!!! They had good suggestions to work through difficult existing conditions with trees and large bushes nearby. The team was very communicative which we appreciated very much. They were friendly to and mindful of the neighbors during the process. They even went above an beyond clearing plants and vines that had grown up and around the existing fence. The price was very reasonable and includes a warranty. They were neat and fast as well. And, when ut was completed, they told us how to care for it and extend its life. 5/5 experience!"
