"Hi My experience with NPN has been you have fight for basic services. Especially for nurse case management. The Director of Nurse case management is very rude and uncompassonate lack of care for patients who have disabilities and if you try to ask a question she states your arguing with her. No better is her subordinate Mary Beling she is the same and if she does return your call. I strongly believe these two people should be fired but again whole NPN probably this way starts probably from the top down. I would rate them 0 if it would allow me. If you have a different choice recommend going with another company this my opinion but just wanted state my experience and that also goes for Linnea Nelson worst case manager ever she too should be fired."
