"Dr Reyrao took the time to understand my problem, and provided detailed guidance on how to tackle it. Explained the treatment process in detail and made the effort to look for the right clinics for referrals. Would highly recommend her."
"I had a good experience at this facility. I found the check-in to be smooth, the nurse to be kind and helpful, and the doctor to be empathetic, informative and kind as well. Overall, I would come back again, and I would recommend this location to others"
"We'll start at the end. Roughly 4 hours after my appointment, I received a text saying something along the lines of "oops, we forgot to take your vitals. Any chance you have done your annual physical this year?" Really? I responded that I was appalled at the treatment I received, and I would not be returning due to the lack of professionalism. The general purpose of my trip to the doctor was to get a physical, but had some specific questions and some medications I wanted to refill as well. What I got was the doctor coming in with a hospital band on (should you be here???) apologizing for being an hour late because she "had a medical emergency" (again, SHOULD YOU BE HERE?"). She then read the list of things I was hoping to discuss; rambled a bunch; lectured me on safe sex practices when I asked for a refill on BC (after I mentioned being abstinent for a prolonged period of time; the BC is for hormone therapy to treat PCOS)--which, believe me, is super fun at the age of THIRTY SEVEN; lectured me on the antidepressants I have been on for 18 years and made me take the depression test to double check they were working (after I told her I'd been on different combos of drugs and this is the only one that has worked...); asked multiple times if I had acne (shouting the word acne); and just as abruptly as she came in, she got up and left mid-sentence. At no point did I see a nurse. At no point did we ever discuss 50% of the issues she rattled off at the beginning of the appointment. And that was that. If I could sum up the Kinwell experience in a sentence, it would be: "Kinwell: Not my monkeys, not my circus.""
"Don’t recommend this clinic. They either don’t have the capability or the staff to do anything other than a physical consultation, meaning that any blood draw or lab work requires you to book yet another appointment at a Quest facility to do what most clinics can do on the spot. Found this out the hard way as I had to take more time off from work to get blood drawn. When at the Quest facility, I discovered that the kinwell doctor never submitted the lab work request, so Quest couldn’t do anything for me. I even called the kinwell office the morning of to confirm I was good to go at the Quest office. I wasted hours due to this error and was told that the kinwell doctor would call me back to reconfirm the tests so I could ‘try again’ a different day"
"Super basic and standard medical setting. They are really trying hard visually to make it different then a standard hospital, but the medical staff (which actually matters personally) I interacted with were incredibly standard. Not great at actually listening or communicating, but basic, standard, procedural medical care. They seemed very uncomfortable when I let them know that informed consent mattered a lot to me. It was nice that they had openings quickly (3 stars, instead of 2 for just the average care). I have no intention on returning after the care I received when I felt like I tried very hard to figure out the best way to communicate and build a relationship with the practitioner."
