North Sound Emergency Medicine - Everett

"Absolutely horrendous company. Daughter went to ER in Providence Hospital in Everett. Got a bill $376 (after insurance cover) , and paid them. I still have receipt of that in my email. But they somehow sent it to Renton Collections Service. Those guys kept calling me and demanded payment out of the blue. I told them I already paid that amount, but they didn't listen. Renton Collection sued me for now, but hey I have legal insurance and I will have an attorney to deal with them, but I hate it because it is wasting my time. Now back to North Sound Emergency Medicine. I called their billing department to ask a simple question, but I could barely understand what their agent were speaking. It looks like those people are from a different country. You would think their website should allow you to view all the billing records, and what paid and what not, but no, that does not exist. Very frustrating. My family has been going to the Providence Hospital in Everett when situation happened, but I will definitely head to a different places in the future."

"I saw them in September last year. my insurance paid them and they keep sending me the bill and telling me it is going to collections. even after my self and my insurance sending the paper work that shows they were paid. They are a joke of company, avoid being seen by these doctors at all cost."

"I didn't even really go here. I saw one of the doctors (Dr. Graham) in Providence Hospital , in Everett. I was never billed and then received a past due statement, in the mail. Absolutely no effort was made to bill me or tell me I would be billed separately for this single doctor (it was an emergency medical visit, I was a bit overwhelmed at the time). The one star is for the jenky billing practice. I have no recollection of the doctor himself, to be honest."

"They got a 1 because I couldn't give them less!! They sent me to collections while never giving me a bill. When I called them about it, they don't care. I was told to take it up with providence because that is where they get their information from, even if it is WRONG, you are magically supposed to know they did it wrong and call to fix it. They don't make phone calls, and they mailed to the wrong address so I had no way of knowing I had a balance with them and they won't even work with you at all on it. I would NEVER recommend them for anything."
