Neighborcare Health at West Seattle High School

Neighborcare Health at West Seattle High School is a comprehensive health center located at 3000 California Avenue Southwest in Seattle, Washington. Our institution offers a range of services including dental care, general health services, and mental health support. We prioritize the health and safety of our patients, offering COVID vaccines, booster shots, testing, and safety information. Masks are strongly recommended for all patients and visitors aged 2 and older.

We provide weekday appointments before, during, and after school during the academic year, and are closed during school holidays and summer break. When our health center is closed, students and their families are welcome at any of our other neighborhood clinics for medical, dental, and mental health services.

To access our services, students must have their parent or guardian complete and sign registration forms for the school-based health center. Some health services, such as reproductive health and mental health care, may be accessed by youth without parental consent under Washington state law.

Registration forms can be obtained at the health center or delivered in person or by mail. Mental health services at our center are partially funded by the City of Seattle Human Services Department. We are a Health Center Program grantee and deemed a Public Health Service employee.
