"I had a great experience with PDX parknfly. The whole process was very efficient and user-friendly, but what made my experience stand out was shuttle bus driver Troy!! He was extremely kind and efficient. He remembered where the passengers he picked up from the airport had travelled to and was extremely considerate in asking how our trips had been and loading/unloading our luggage. Great experience overall, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Troy for making me want to use parknfly again in the future."

"Very poor communication and poor customer service. Called ahead for pickup at the airport but without an indication of where to be picked up. When the shuttle did arrive 15 minutes after we called, we showed the driver our pass but he refused to let us on. He made us walk back into the airport and downstairs to another location and wait another few minutes in the cold for him. Older man in a beanie. Won’t be using your services again with plenty of other options."
