One Medical Seniors: Shoreline

"The worst garbage clinic I have every been too. Since Amazon took over, you can never reach anyone that will take charge of anyone care. They route you to a central triage nurse then you have to talk to several people about the same item. This is supposed to be for senior care. Imagine how bad it would be if a senior was trying to manage this by themselves with no service AT ALL. It was fantastic a year ago when Dr. Jacobs and Iora was running it. Stay far AWAY!!"

"I made a appointment because Ive been sick for over a week. I have a splitting headache, my ears are ringing really LOUD, and I'm dizzy. Thankfully, I didn't throw up in the car, which was extremely difficult. I really do mean DIFFICULT. Even though I have a Immune deficency that causes frequent sinus and ear infections, I was sent home. I was told I had a bit of wax in one ear. You'd think they would be able to give me. something for nausa on ride home, but they wouldn't. I guess I'd better consult Dr. Google. UPDATE: I'm still really sick, and Cheryl Jacobs can't be bothered to call me back. It's been 4 days. I may need to go to ER or urgent care."

"In March, I had my first appointment with this clinic. I came to this appointment with the expectation of getting refills on my respiratory medication, they denied me. Months later, I ask for a simple referral to Northwest Pulmonary so that I could get my medication, I have emphysema. They denied me a simple referral, do not go to this clinic."
