"Cab driver #53 was wonderful! Kind and adjusted the atmosphere of the car to our liking. We sang karaoke and listened to music because we preferred it. If not, he was okay being in a quiet car. He helped us load our bags and accomodate us after being burned by Uber."

"I called a cab for a friend at 1030 on a Friday night around the beginning of Sep '23, and the dispatcher said it's a long wait and told me to call Radio Cab due to being too busy. Duh?!? Fri-Sat nights are always a long wait for cabs, idc I'll wait but t wasn't worth it for him to send a cab and risk my friend not being at the pickup location despite she being stranded near 122nd & Market after having her phone stolen and had nowhere she could go and no means to get there if she even wanted to, but he still said no. Unfortunately rideshare wasn't an option either due to only having cash on hand at the time. Yellow's dispatcher lost guaranteed business for his company and instead lost a big tip for one of his drivers, a lifelong customer for saving her, as well as the eternal gratefulness of a frightened woman stuck in a bad part of town with very few options. Tbh, I would've called Radio first if she hadn't asked me to call Yellow Cab specifically as they've ALWAYS treated me and mine as fares they were grateful to have instead of being inconvenienced by having to actually do their job. I'll never name the mistake of calling Yellow Cab again. I'd rather walk 5 miles barefoot in the snow than give them any of my business. I'll NEVER recommend them to anybody EVER again for their inability to display even the smallest amount of basic human decency towards my imperiled, elderly, and disabled friend."

"Over-charged today on ride from PDX to Holiday Inn Riverfront. Driver charged $55 when fare should have been between $27-28. Not a great introduction for a tourist visiting Portland."

"Came from airport and destination was to be 8.4 miles down 205. How did we end up heading west on 84 by Laurelhurst Park and costing $55.40. Tried calling the PDX Yellow Cab - but kept getting the answering machine. (Uber costs $20 - next time I will be doing that for sure!!)"

"If I could rate this a zero I would. Just got cut off by one of their drivers. So unprofessional and unsafe for many reasons. Highly do not recommend. They do not have safe practice or driving. The driver who cut us off then proceeded to flip us off. Tell me would you want to ride in a car with this guy? Zero stars. Avoid at all costs"
