"This company possibly has the worst communication I've experienced. The fact that they aren't BBB Accredited doesn't surprise me. I own a condo in a properties they manage and you would think they would care about the people actually living there and want to help with any issues that arise. They are after all, paid by the HOA dues that I shell out every month. I've had issues with the fees charged for paying the HOA dues with a card for several months. I have changed the payment type several times however it never seems to save. Finally, three months ago, it seems to work properly however I was still being charged the fee. I reached out for help. Never received a response. I reached out again. No response. I reached out to the office number. No response. I reached out again to the office number as well as sent an email and finally received a call from a woman who seemed put off by having to respond to my inquiry. I specifically requested NOT to speak to Tyler Weaver, the property manager, instead requesting to speak to his supervisor. I've never had a great experience with Tyler and he's never provided any support or solution to my past inquires. The next day, I received a call from Tyler, aggravating the situation. Tyler does not listen nor does he care about the people who reside in the complex. He does not provide solutions, only excuses. And that's only when he actually does respond. I've spoken to 4 other members of the community and they have the same issue with Tyler. The only saving grace to this company is a woman named Michelle. She is the only associate who has helped and provided some any solution or at least pointed me in the right direction. My issued was also forwarded to a woman named Debbie Weaver. Given they have the same last name, I can only assume they're related so of course I never heard from Debbie either. My issue was only addressed by Michelle. Nobody else in this company has helped in any way. Deplorable. RESPONSE TO COMPANY: I gave Best plenty of opportunity to rectify the situation and provide solutions or even any sort of communication. To this day, I have yet to hear from anyone but you, Michelle. I haven't heard from Debbie, haven't heard from the tech support, not a word. Perhaps that should be the consideration for how this review effects the other associates in your business. Consider the reason for the bad review, which is Tyler, not the review itself. It took three weeks of back and forth, reaching out multiple times and asking for help to get to this point. Given it's a family run business I highly doubt anybody would be able to provide unbiased help or assistance with my issues. I don't expect to hear from anyone."
"Our experience with this company was consistently marred by a lack of professionalism throughout our three-month stay. While there were numerous instances, we would like to highlight one particular incident involving the sale of a unit within our association, overseen by Tyler, who completed the resale demand on 3/1/2023 through HomeWiseDocs. Despite repeated requests for the copy of the resale demand, both during our contractual period and even after its expiration, we were met with frustration. Initially, Tyler's wife, Michelle, claimed to be awaiting necessary information, but eventually, she ceased all communication, leaving us in a state of uncertainty without any sign of resolution. It later came to our attention that, despite receiving $200 for the resale demand, they were dishonest in their handling of the matter. Adding to their lack of professionalism, they instructed escrow to send the check owed to our association to their office address, but failed to either forward it to us or request the sender to send it directly to us. Furthermore, we encountered a significant issue with the resale demand itself. Tyler prepared the document with an incorrect amount, neglecting to include essential fees owed by the previous owner, such as late fees. These basic errors raise serious concerns about their competence and attention to detail. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction cannot be adequately expressed through negative star ratings. This family-run business has consistently proven itself to be highly unreliable and untrustworthy. We strongly caution others against engaging with them, as our firsthand experience has left us with no confidence in their ability to fulfill their responsibilities"
"I genuinely feel this company deserves a five star rating. I want to say something to be fair Regarding a one star rating by a person named Mindy. The issue here was not elderly discrimination, it was a large breed off leash dog, owned by her elderly parents. Daily they let it roam free and poop all over the property common areas. The feces issue was out of control. Management was doing everything they could to get this to stop. It went on for months, but Management was diligent about showing them proof even though they denied it was their dog. Please also note this large breed dog was dog aggressive. It attacked my puppy twice while I was walking my own dog on a leash. You really couldn’t walk around in our community without stepping in that dogs feces and being in fear of it attacking your dog. It was extremely frustrating, unsanitary, and disgusting. I took it upon myself to try to clean up after it regularly, but I just couldn’t keep up with the waste. I’m so grateful the problem has been resolved, there’s no more feces on the ground and I never see the dog roaming free. I can’t thank Debbie with Best Management enough for roughing this out and seeing it through. We finally have peace in our little community."
"This property management company is the epitome of unprofessional on every level. We own numerous properties and have never experienced such BS. Overpriced with the lowest amount of maintenance and customer service provided. Not to mention, the property always looks run down. They will call to complain about a tasteful potted plant in the wrong place, but have no issues ignoring dumped furniture left on the premises for weeks, making it look like the local city dump. The owner of this company serves as the community association manager and often likes to personally reach out and harass/bully you by phone in her condescending nasally tone. She believes speaking over you and abruptly is her superpower. I have elderly parents living at one of her poorly managed by her personally properties. They have been continually harassed and discriminated against which is both shameful and illegal. This month, I went to pay my dues online only to find out that last month after paying my dues a week early (which cleared my account on 12/26 per my confirmation) that a $30.00 late fee was added due to a $6.00 assessment fee that they conveniently added immediately after I paid my dues early. No notice of this. Yet another display of continued incompetence and unprofessionalism. Or perhaps, more harassment. The attachments are proof of the ongoing fleecing this company pulls. Take note in my images that Best Management Co. charges a $ 500.00 fine for not being present for their fire alarm inspection. However, my other property management company only charges $50.00 for the same violation. A much larger complex too. Yes, that’s right 10 x’s more. Wonder where that money goes?? Condescending, bullying, unprofessional, dishonest and rude seem to be the trending words when reading their online reviews. 14 years in the business, but only 2 years of reviews seems rather odd. There are so many fabulous property management companies out there, it is a mystery how this company was ever voted in."
"This company runs our HOA. Normally I would give them three stars for average work. The rules in our neighborhood are not enforced. It looks shabby. They did however, send someone out to get rid of this wasp’s nest which was right near the sidewalk. Lots of people were stung. This was worth an extra star’"
