"I’ve had an excellent experience getting Potenza on my face and abdomen. Phonexay spent time with me figuring out the best investment for my goals and I felt like she really had MY best interest at heart..in fact, she even suggested the best treatment for one of my concerns would be a treatment they didn’t provide there! I had consulted with a few different places and this felt by far the most trustworthy and thorough. They had a very holistic approach to things which I loved. They took amazing care of me here, I felt like I was in a spa lol…I got an IV to help with hydration and extra nutrients to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with things I could do to make sure I get the best results with good after care, etc. They were also helpful in helping me save money by packaging a few treatments together. I had Potenza done two years ago somewhere else and it was pretty painful. I was soooo surprised how much less it hurt with Phonexay, and I’d asked for pretty aggressive settings! I think it was how much care she put into numbing my face beforehand, spending quite a few minutes making sure it was well rubbed in compared to the other place who just sort of put the cream on and left it, which I hear is the norm. Overall, I’m excited to go back for my second treatment in a month or so cause the results are already really noticeable and it’s only day 4!"

"After hearing so many good reviews, I was extremely disappointed with my experience here with one of the doctors. The doctor ended up talking to me most of my appointment about intermittent fasting when I came in with an upper back injury. The doctor didn’t practice curiosity to better understand my relationship to food or eating before going on about it - a sensitive topic for many people. It was very uncomfortable and triggering while I was in a lot of physical pain. On top of that, my doctor gave me advice that directly contradicted information I had just shared about my movement and workout routine, which gave me the impression my doctor wasn’t actively listening. I have heard so many good things about this practice and the way they take into account the whole patient as well as their acupuncture services, but I was extremely disappointed that I wasn’t listened to and understood for the discomfort I was seeking relief for."
