"Modus was the option our mortgage guy gave us and we haven't used any other escrow company so I can't compare them to others. We did have an easy time with them and they were more then patient with us when we were signing, there was a misunderstanding between us, modus, and our mortgage guy in the middle of signing. They made most of the calls and were helpful by explaining everything we did not understand. If we buy or sell again we would definitely prefer modus."
