"I have a very painful wrist that has been bothering me for weeks. I came into the urgent care on Canyon at 2:00. 4:45 I am still waiting in pain and beyond frustrated to say the least. I probably would have been better going to the ER. Their were 4 people ahead of me and I heard nothing but excuses! Worst Service Ever!! Especially being in this much Pain!!! 1 star is too generous!"
"I was hesitant to go to this clinic after seeing how low the ratings were, but because I needed to see a doctor on a Saturday, I gave them a call when no one else was available. My experience with them was excellent and worthy of 5 stars! I waited 2hrs but it was completely understandable since it was a walk-in clinic. The receptionists and the nurses were so kind to me. They made me feel at ease as I sat there telling them my concerns. Dr. Yoojin Park was also great. She answered all my questions and was so nice and gentle. Thank you all for the care today!"
