"July 11, 2022, VA sent me here for new customed inserts! The Caucasian tall lady, insisted on giving her my insert on my feet! She took them and refused to examine my feet for adjustments! I told her I had to walk in them and she insisted on taking them right off my feet! I had a difficult time walking back to my car without any inserts in my shoes which are too large without my inserts! 6 to 8 weeks, the inserts (AKO-331053-12 LEFT&RIGHT FOOT) came in after I kept calling, and the lady wanted to fit them too me. I refused fitting because they were never adjusted to fit me when she insisted I give her the pair I was wearing! I did make an attempt to wear them often with much pain because they never fitted my feet and the customer service was so poor that I didn't trust them to do anything concerning my feet. I have a brand knew customed inserts that doesn't fit my feet. Beware! Never allow anyone to represent VA by providing very poor service without filing an official complaint on how they treat Veterans! A previous Indian Gentlemen who use to work at Pacific Medical provided the best service ever! I am still experiencing difficulty in the pair of customed inserts 8 months later!! I regret allowing the Pacific Medical representative to provide very poor service. Please be aware!!"

"Had the worst experience with customer service ever. Just wanted another knee brace, dr wrote prescription for it. All this lady wanted to do is argue with me over the phone, after my script sat on her desk for a week, that she didn't have all the info from dr. So instead of getting it I had do her job for her. I will never recommend anyone to that office. I ended up going to Evergreen Prosthetics and ortho. The best customer service and informed consent."

"Called for preauthorization of a cane, received call back saying it was preauthorized by insurance. When went to appointment, they said there was no way to get a preauthorization. When asked why did they tell me it was preauthorized then, they argued with me in front of other customers and told me I'd have to pay the full amount if the insurance didn't cover the cost. Even had another woman come out from the back to argue with me as well. Total lack of respect and honesty. Will NEVER go there again. Stay away from these people, you'll be glad you did!"
