"I started seeing her in 2021. She was very nice but as time passed when I did see her she ask me what meds I'm on I believe it's her job to know that. She asked me to take down a good yelp review so she could take a person's review on there down stating Dr white has pushed and hit her. At the time I really didn't think much about it but now I wonder. I had a pap done with her last year said it was abnormal come back in three months. I think if it was that serious she would of did it sooner. It is now April she gave me a phone number to a obgyn which is fine but they need referral from her. No response no text back no answer the phone nothing. I've been asking her for my medical records for over a month. Just like everything else no reply. Something that is this important she does nothing. I even text her I would drive to her office in university place and get them myself. So it's come down to filing a complaint with hippaa because I need MY Records to give to dshs and have told her how important this is I get nothing. Might just have to get a malpractice lawyer for my records which is ridiculous. My dad is a patient of hers same thing done to him. Needless to say getting a new Dr that helps me not hurts. Totally ridiculous. Last time I heard she left the state went to Miami because charges filed against her so idk why her web page is still up."
