"One of their employees threw floor mats at my car while I was washing it for 0 reason in his sun taxi business car. Called to complain and never got a call back from a manager. Sounded like another employee answered the call. The employee apparently goes by the name Shawn that threw the floor mats. Absolutely terrible customer care on the business end, and an absolutely terrible employee that shouldn’t have a job. He’s lucky I didn’t file a police report."

"I'm a local resident of Sequim that, for whatever reasons,appointments, car issues etc. have had to use their services. I don't have any information on the actual business,it's owners or employees. What I do know is there are no work ethics whatsoever! I've put off writing a review of them several times over the years for 1, repercussions for doing so (they'd know my identity)and 2, like many other small towns, there are no other competitive service businesses to turn to. I would love to have a reliable,reputable way of transportation when needed. Especially since Uber and other ride share types of services aren't really an option. Reading thru the reviews and comments, I saw similarities to what's happened to me on occasions. One being their complete lack of customer service. IE: no return calls,not showing up at all,on a return trip after a drop off.Absolutely no apologies or excuses. This last incident was the last straw. I had a scheduled appt for an out of town specialist. I started calling to arrange for a pick-up the day before. No response. First thing the next a.m. I called many times& left several VM's, no call backs and eventually it was too late. I had no other options. After reading some positive reviews,I came to the conclusion that they cater to the wealthier clientele as well the higher priced fares. No way to run a business. Maybe the BBB should step in. *my apologies for the lengthy review"

"More than just a taxi service. I was stranded and roadside assistance was unable to help so I learned that Sun taxi delivers gas for less than a round-trip uber ride to nearsest gas station. After being stranded for hours, they had me on my way within 20 minutes and I'm very thankful!!"
