"The waiting time here can go for hours not to mention the unprofessional manners of most of the employees with customers, needs immediate improvement. Heard that from other people first then tried it myself a couple of times and unfortunately they were right."

"I walked in on 12/27/23 at around 1:30 pm, without an appointment. I saw how many people were there and figured it would be a hefty wait time. To my surprise, I was out of there in about 20 minutes! If that wasn't wonderful enough, the two ladies that I had contact with, one handing out numbered tickets and the other who helped me at window number two, were absolutely delightful! Thank you for being incredibly efficient and kind. Happy New Year, lovely ladies!!"

"Efficient, not crowded. I got my question resolved in 10 minutes. I didn't see any above-mentioned scary "3 white ladies", but saw some Asian and probably Samoan ladies, who were nice and helpful."
