"I was told to use this UPS Store even though it meant driving across town. They were right! Exceptional customer service, Nicole was very helpful and provided a 5 star experience. And what I observed while in the store was the same from the rest of the team. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them if you need to use UPS."
"Doug. I have been a box holder for more than 15 years. Doug is a constant, consistent kind, knowledgeable, efficient, UPS manager a ALWAYS finds solutions with ease and/ or creativity. I hear him kindly working with others, coworkers and customers, with respect, patience and kindness; even with tough customers and during the holidays/ COVID, hardware/ software updates, change of ownership, or whatever life presents him with. I have been a business owner with employees. I can honestly say, do what you can to show appreciation to Doug. He is humble. I don't know him personally, but he strikes me as a loyal friend and good son! ;)"
"Had an Amazon return and this store was listed on their site as an option to return through. I had a used, clean and drained oil filter and the associate and manager (who didn’t even greet me immediately even though I was the only one in the store) made a huge deal out of it being “hazardous material” and they couldn’t touch it, I told them I buy oil all the time online and UPS ships it to my house. They treated me like I had explosives, it was absolutely ridiculous and I’m really disappointed with how I was treated. They acted irritated, were rude and treated me like I was stupid for even trying to use them as a return shipper. Then they told me I needed to drive across town to another UPS store in iron gate…turns out that was the wrong store and they can’t even scan return items but at least the gentleman there was actually respectful and apologetic, he was very helpful and told me the correct UPS location close by which finally accepted my return. So all in all this store wasted hours of my time driving around aimlessly. If it’s against policy at this particular location than dont be listed as an acceptable return shipper, hazardous material? What a joke, that tiny amount of oil residue (maybe two drops???) would do absolutely nothing. I’ve personally had UPS orders of mine leak oil/chemicals MUCH more than that from being mishandled during shipping. They handle orders of all types filled with oil/chemical's ALL the time and don’t even know it. Just no common sense, I’ve seen many others ship bicycle shock absorbers from here all the time..guess what else, they’re filled full of oil and pressurized with O2 but they dont have a problem with that? Out of sight out of mind or just policies written from a place of incompetence? but now that I have an empty, drained and clean vessel that once held oil, now it’s a problem? Don’t go here. I’ve been in here before and the employees were rude and condescending/passive aggressive. I wish I could give less than one star. Thanks for wasting my time"
"Normally the employees here are great, but I and a lot of other customers had the most unpleasant experience today when one of the managers yelled loudly at one of the new employees for making a mistake. I go to this location frequently and recognize most of the staff, which is how I knew it was a new employee. He was friendly and seemed to be doing his best, and nobody was upset until the manager (Doug) started yelling at him about labels loudly enough for the entire store to hear. Everyone was extremely uncomfortable and you could tell the other staff was as well. The new employee handled it well under the circumstances but you could tell he was humiliated. It really cast a pall on the day and I will look for other places to do my holiday shipping if this is the norm for that location."
"Employees at this store are fast, efficient, pleasant, and helpful when shipping our packages. There are shipping places closer to our house, but we always come to this location. If there's a line, it usually moves quickly."
