"Wow, first time using their service. There is NO WHERE on the web page to cancel a reservation but after going to several places, finally found the cancel and they still charge you for cancelling!!! I could understand if it was a same day cancellation, but 3 days in advance and still charge me a fee? Shameful. I will not use them again. To the owners, shame on you for this policy when folks are really hurting with their $$'s."

"Though the buses vary from old to new models, both are quite comfortable. Frustrating when the pick up is late, those 10-15 minutes can be dangerous when flying out of SeaTac. Never have experienced an unfriendly driver. If need to adjust your travel plans the Bellingham location customer support is so very kind and flexible"

"Took the bus from SeaTac to Bellingham airport. It was super easy to book online. The bus arrived on time (11:30) and it was very easy to check in with the driver. It was 2:45 with the 4 or 5 stops. The driver drove very safely and communicates well. Bus was clean and it was great to have someone else do the driving!!"

"My driver Tony was a good driver and he was polite. It is refreshing to have people that seem to enjoy their job in the service industry. SeaTac to Bellingham. The bus was on schedule amd I am glad this service is available. I have used it several times. The driver also cared about COVID and made sure passengers were wearing masks. No matter if you are vaccinated or not the virus is spreading and in public transportation it is good to see they are trying to stop the spread and protect passengers. The bus and the restroom were clean."
