"It was 7:10 am and the regular bus that drives through the property of Saint Helen Place apartment homes around this time always speeds thru hear. The speed is 5 miles per hour, not 20/30. We have very close quarters here. Please, this is private property and it's also not cool to have on your loud back up beep beep beep horn at 7am. Many are still sleeping."
