"Long Review and Joe deserves 10000 stars! Before calling Joe, I took a 5 hour ride to Vancouver to be dropped off at the border. By the late afternoon I walked over to Blaine from Canada. Moments after calling Joe to pick me up, I found out there had been some miscommunication with the person I was staying with and they couldn’t have me for a few days. I had no other arrangements and places around here seemed to be out of my budget. I had a MELTDOWN in Joe’s car. I felt bad, but he graciously listened to me blubber about the situation. He was supportive and also suggested a few hotels I could stay for a reasonable price. I found a solution, but what stood out to me was Joe’s ability to listen. He listened, without judgment, to a completely stranger bawl her eyes out. Joe made what could have been a socially awkward moment into a safe place for me to cry and figure out the next steps. Amazing customer service/support! The best taxi ride I have ever taken."

"Joe’s has helped me out hugely in a couple of tight spots I’ve found myself in over time. Once, Uber and all the other neighboring cab/ride type of services was struggling with a large pool of people needing rides when a big flight got delayed then arrived at an odd hour here in town. They saved me good that day. I was used to quick success and when I explained what was going on on the phone they were extremely understanding and worked hard to get me where I needed to go. Another was a late night crawl I had with friends and we ended up across town from my residence and my friends ended their night unexpectedly. It was so nice that when I called Joe’s back he remembered me and saved me again so I could get back home, sleep in my own bed and love on my dog. They’ve been nothing but great for me, real humans on the phone that listen to you, react to reality and provide a great service. Couldn’t be happier with them."

Needless to say, I appreciated getting a ride at such an odd time - from Sudden Valley no less. But I did make a prior reservation for this, which I would strongly recommend!
